2. Data we process and why
Our contact form collects your name or company name, email address, optional phone number and message. We process this information to respond to enquiries and correspond with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing personal data is voluntary, but your name or company name, email address and message are necessary for us to respond. If you select “Email me a copy of the message”, a copy will be sent to the email address provided.
3. Recipients and retention
Our hosting and email service providers may access data to the extent necessary to provide their services. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and subsequently as required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with legal obligations. If we establish a business relationship, relevant records may be kept in accordance with the applicable documentation requirements.
4. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. 5. Cookies and contact form security
The website uses a temporary, technical session cookie to protect contact form submissions. This session cookie expires when the browser is closed. We display Google Maps on the Contact page; loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical connection information and use its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy. We do not operate our own analytics or advertising tools and do not use automated decision-making in relation to contact form data.
